ONE MEMBERSHIP = MORE REWARDS

We're excited to announce that The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will transition from its loyalty program, Identity Membership & Rewards, to MGM Rewards on July 30, 2024.

As a member of Identity Membership & Rewards, here's what you can expect when The Cosmopolitan becomes an MGM Rewards destination:

  • Keep what you have: Your Identity Points & FREEPLAY balances will automatically transfer to your new MGM Rewards' account. See more FAQs here.
  • New Tier Status & benefits: Identity Tier Points and MGM Rewards Tier Credits will combine to determine your 2024 Tier Status with MGM Rewards. See more FAQs here.
  • Access to your new account: No action needed now—Identity members will be sent communication on July 30 with your new account number and information on how to activate your new MGM Rewards account. MGM Rewards members will continue accessing their account as usual.
  • Add more of what you love: Endless possibilities to earn & redeem with 20+ MGM Rewards destinations, over 400 dining experiences, 18 shows, and more.

* 14-day advance reservation required. Companion Room Nights must be booked during the same dates as the Gold/Platinum Identity member that earned them. Subject to availability. Complimentary room stay reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of $150 plus applicable taxes.
** Points earned on reel slots and video poker may be converted into Identity Play. Identity Points are not earned on table games, sports book wages, and specialty games. Points earned through multipliers do not count toward tier progression. Point multipliers are not earned on video poker or electronic table games.
*** Subject to availability, limit one set of tickets per event.
